Zorin OS 17.3 has been released, presenting enhanced features, fortified privacy measures, and a refined user experience. As Windows 10 approaches its end of life in October, a significant number of PCs that do not comply with the stringent hardware requirements for Windows 11 will be rendered obsolete. Zorin OS 17.3 is crafted to serve as the optimal alternative to Windows 10, delivering a swift, intuitive, and secure experience.The integrated database currently accommodates more than 150 widely-used Windows applications, offering more customized alternatives to sideloading their Windows executables. The default web browser in Zorin OS is Brave, which offers features including shields against trackers and fingerprinting, private browsing powered by Tor, a built-in ad blocker, and automatic blocking of third-party cookies and cookie banners. Current Zorin OS users have the option to install Brave through the integrated Software store or by following the guidelines provided on the Brave website.
