Yale is a lightweight tool that shows the bandwidth usage of all network adapters.
The display window shows the information separated into up and downlinks, CPU usage, and disk transfer rate. You can then click on the network adapter entries and expand them to show you the bandwidth for every used protocol.
Yale allows you to place a 'port-numbers.txt' file into the same directory as 'Yale.exe' to see specific ports for analysis.
