XnView Full is a powerful tool that enables users to view, process, and convert image files easily. XnView Full has all plug-ins and languages included. XnView Standard has just a few add-ons included.
You can quickly and easily view, process, and convert image files with it. XnView Full can read more than 500 formats and convert them to other formats such as GIF, BMP, JPG, PNG, and multi-page TIFF.
It can also display video formats, many digital camera formats, and more exotic formats such as Amiga IFF and Calamus.
The Image viewer (Browser) is similar to Windows Explorer. You navigate the directory structure as desired, and any image files found in a directory are displayed in miniature (Thumbnails). This lets you keep an overview of the images available while allowing you to view and select specific images quickly.
XnView Full can be run without installation, making it perfect to be used as a "photograph album on CD," especially as it is free of charge for private use.
As well as offering easy image viewing, it also provides more advanced features such as Web page creation, contact prints, multiple conversion (format and transformation), slide shows, screen capturing, and Twain support for scanners and digital cameras.
Numerous image filters and effects for image processing are available. The connection to other widely used professional graphics programs, i.e., Adobe Photoshop, can be done using 'Drag and Drop,' clipboard, or 'Open With' Menu option.
It lets you create the optimal defaults according to your needs and preferences, enabling you to work most efficiently. The integrated file operations such as copying, moving, and creating directories and files make XnView a universal tool for graphics.
