Bjorn3D posted a review on the XFX RX 5600 XT Thicc II Pro A quote from the article:
AMD’s Radeon team once again has sprung another GPU upon us with the new RX 5600 XT, and this time it is destined to fill the gap between the previous RX 5500 XT and the RX 5700 series. While this is not “Big NAVI” as so many gamers are waiting for to take on Nvidia’s top dog RTX 2080 SUPER, and 2080 Ti, it is focusing on more filling the gap in the midrange GPU space which is where a bulk of the cards that gamers buy exist. This brings AMD’s total product stack to four in the current RDNA powered RX series GPUs. Meanwhile, NVIDIA’s current standing with GPU models is numbering 12, which is three times the amount of cards ranging from the RTX 2080 Ti to the GTX 1650, which are all current Turing based GPUs. Nvidia has chiseled out not just niches but micro-niches in their product stack to have a GPU at almost every performance level you could want. AMD, on the other hand, now has four entries spanning the low to mid-high end, which means there are more significant gaps to fill, but fewer SKUs, which can potentially confuse. It’s a give and take as I see it.
