Wine 10.2 released

The Wine development release 10.2 covers a series of development updates featuring numerous bug fixes and enhancements. The update features an upgrade to version 1.15 of the bundled vkd3d, support for configuring thread priorities, the introduction of a new Wow64 mode that can be enabled dynamically, advancements in the Bluetooth driver, and a range of bug fixes. The update addresses 20 issues, including the failure of the Guild Wars 'test system' to display test results. The MSWT Kart 2004 is experiencing functionality issues, as the game crashes immediately upon launching from the game launcher. 16-bit Myst encounters deadlocks upon entering Book, the vbscript fails to implement the Join() built-in function, an unrecognized Win32 error code arises, and wineboot is unable to initialize a wine prefix, indicating a regression. Final Fantasy XI Online experiences a crash due to an unhandled page fault upon launch. Wine Wordpad opens with a blank screen, and the command line interface does not support right-to-left handle redirection. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice experiences crashes upon launch when an Xbox One controller is connected. Additionally, the implementation of ITextStream::WriteBlankLines() is necessary for the proper functioning of libxml2's configure.js.
