Usage:

Startup Thumbnail Generator.exe
Choose a directory
Choose whether to generate thumbnails recursively (If checked, the application will create thumbnail icons for subfolders as well.)
Press start and wait.
The application will automatically generate thumbnails and place them in the correct directories.
