We can import the default power plans and even export them if you find the problem and need to deploy a fix across a network or multiple computers.

Extract the plan you need to C:\ or anywhere you can easily find it. Open Command Prompt or Powershell as admin and type in powercfg -IMPORT C:\Balanced.pow or whichever plan you want to import. Note that Ultimate Performance.pow requires an up to date Windows 10.

To Export and use on other computers type in - powercfg -EXPORT C:\PlanName.pow {guidScheme-New}
