Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 27802 (Canary Channel) released

Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 27802 to Windows Insiders in the Canary Channel. The update features enhanced battery iconography, utilizes colored icons to represent charging states, simplifies overlays, and provides an option to enable battery percentage display. The icons are presented in black, yellow, and green. Green signifies a good battery state, yellow denotes energy-saving mode, and red indicates a critically low battery. The icons will be displayed on the taskbar, within the quick settings flyout, and in the Settings menu.The update introduces the capability to display the battery percentage adjacent to the battery icon in the system tray, a feature that has been highly requested by Insiders and customers alike. The update also introduces modifications to the Desktop Spotlight icon interaction model for Windows Insiders, enabling users to efficiently access background image information.
