Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.3720 (KB5039312) is now available for Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel. New features include the ability to dictate text hands-free using voice access, automatic restart for voice access, and a new voice access command in Windows Search.In addition, users can share local files directly from the taskbar search results, and Windows Share now allows users in China to enable nearby sharing by turning on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. There are also fixes for issues in File Explorer, such as unexpected focus settings in screen readers, issues with CTRL + F not starting a search, and keyboard focus being lost when using Shift + Tab.
