Windows 10 Search is Down contains the registry files to fix a recent bug where Windows Search is blank with no results, as explained in our tutorial.
Two things happen with these registry files:
CortanaConsent key is set to Value data 0.
A new DWORD (32-bit Value) will be created called BingSearchEnabled, and again the Value data is set to 0.
The default registry file will restore Windows 10 settings.
Reboot.
