WiFi Dashboard is a simple utility that provides an active status of your Wi-Fi network from color-coded windows.

You get a live tile on your home screen that displays real-time data about your current Wi-Fi connection and security. It provides your WiFi connection status, including security (insecure, secure, encrypted), network name, IP address, and location. All of which feature color-coded live tiles. This color distinction makes it easy to understand your current security status: red indicates insecure; blue indicates WPA, WPA2, hardwired, or dial-up; green indicates VPN, and grey for not connected.
