Weylus is an Open Source app that allows your tablet to stand in as a touch screen for your PC.

Weylus can also control your mouse with your tablet, mirror your screen to your tablet, send keyboard input using physical keyboards, and provides hardware-accelerated video encoding. No apps except a modern browser are required on your tablet.
