Volume Control allows app-specific volume control from a universal Open Source app via hotkeys.
Using Volume Control, you can set up user-configurable global hotkeys. You can add, remove, and rename hotkeys and configure the action. This process is carried out by check-marking the Advanced Hotkey Mode box in the settings tab. You can additionally expand the hotkeys via user-created plugins if desired.
Volume Control is meant to give more control than the default Windows Audio Mixer. It includes volume slider trackbars and textboxes, allowing volume level specification via your keyboard. As with the Windows Audio Mixer, Volume Control can be independently employed on any running process. You can also specify target applications using the mixer instead of the target switching hotkeys.
Volume Control is displayed through a clean interface that, combined with its ease of use, makes it a solid alternative to your default audio mixer.
