de·caff Viewer is a Java-based viewer that allows you to open and view AutoCAD images.

Supported input formats are .DXF, DWG, or SHX. Once your file has been opened, you can freely customize various aspects, including the viewing mode, or prepare the model for printing, copy it to the Clipboard, and export it to other file types like BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, PDF, Postscript, or SVG file for use elsewhere.

The interface is straightforward, providing you with the essentials displayed with a simple menu allowing you to pick your file. From there, you can manipulate your image model with your mouse pointer by dragging the image to spin it around for a different view. You can also rotate, zoom in, and more.
