The program's native language is Spanish. However, there's an obvious English link. That translations aren't perfect, but you can figure it out.

Click on "Recovery the hide files" (we did say the translations were bad).

Tips from the developer:

You might want to scan the drive for malware first.
After recovering your files, please scan the files your antivirus program or Malwarebytes. USB Show will recover all hidden files, including malware.
USB Show can be used on hard drives or removable drives.
