The Naked Review.com has just posted a review of a 512MB stick of TwinMOS DDR400. This stick features Winbond 5ns chips and a TwinMOS 6 layer PCB. They test it out on an Abit IT7-MAX and a phase change cooled 2.53B P4. As usual at thenakedreview, all these items are retail versions.
