TV-Browser is an Open Source java-based TV guide that can be easily extended with lots of plugins. It is designed to look like your paper TV guide. Available for 32 Bit.
Setup takes a little time as you need to select your channel preferences and import them into TV-Browser. But once you have completed this, the data is there for you to preview. Also, the internet is only needed during setup or when adding additional channels to your lineup.
TV-Browser supports a large channel list to choose from (over 1000 channels), so chances are your favorite is available.
