These interceptors execute multiple functions like start, update, reflow, and restart to handle notifications efficiently. Instead of constantly searching for the window with every update, TopNotify uses a cached handle, which helps reduce CPU usage. When the cached handle expires, the system retrieves a new one and caches it again, ensuring smooth performance with minimal resource consumption.
