TheTechZone have done a review on the fastest GeForce3 card available!
Here's a slice from their review:
The Titan 3 is available in both retail box (selling for $359.99) and OEM version ($339.95). The OEM version in an effort to remain more cost effective for system builders does not include the copper RAM coolers. Even though the OEM version lacks the copper RAM sink, its memory speed is still 515Mhz. This is because the Titan 3 use 3.8ns 526Mhz (2 x 263) DDR RAM. With the copper sinks, it should go much higher than the stock 515Mhz speed.
