Music guides the experience, evolving and changing as you progress. Each shift in music helps to interpret the meaning of each stage.

Getting started, look to the sky for white beams of light. We found items including a guitar, house key, and fishing pole pretty quickly. The game is open world, but there is fencing. The key mentioned above was needed to get out of the first area, for example.

We liked the game and concept but found it a bit slow for our tastes, but we do wish the indie developer kept making games because the concept is pretty cool. This Is Forever is portable, so no installation is needed.
