Towards the end of college, I used a Honeycomb tablet to take notes, type up papers, and manage presentations. Since then, Microsoft has brought a portable version of Office into the Play Store, and Google has released a set of dedicated Docs, Slides, and Sheets apps. Old players such as Polaris Office and OfficeSuite are still alive and kicking, while QuickOffice has disappeared after being bought by Google. Quite frankly, the entire landscape has changed over the last couple of years, and its now very easy to get work done using Android devices.
