SSD-LED is a small, Open Source, portable app that works as an SSD drive monitor and an LED indicator.

SSD-LED is easy to use; double-click the tray icon to see your actual read/write performance; it resides down in your systray until called up into view. The systray icon pulse and flashes for activity. You can direct SSD-LED to monitor a specific drive if desired.

A few other options are also available, including:

Activity indicator threshold/scaling speed
Refresh interval
Single or multiple drive monitoring
Read a drive for 20 seconds
Save config to export to other computers

SSD-LED packs some punch into a small app that allows you to monitor your SSD in real time. Even if you don't care for LED drive indicators, SSD-LED is still a simple but excellent performance monitoring app.
