The caching is improved thanks to the double capacity of RAM and well optimized firmware and after the SLC portion gets filled up, we can expect write speeds hovering around 1GB/s. One extra fact to consider is that this product is offered with no less than 5 years warranty, quite enough for a consumer-oriented SSD!
