Setting up your image is relatively easy, it supports drag n' drop of images, and then through the simple UI, you will first select the Stack Image button which breaks out the image into a configurable pattern. Then you hit the Silicon Mirror icon which brings up an overlay which allows you to position it upon your image to create the desired effect.
