Shutdown Scheduler 1.0.0

Published by

Shutdown Scheduler gives you a straightforward Open Source app that allows shutdown scheduling through a hidden console.
Nothing fancy here; Shutdown Scheduler gives you a simple interface to schedule a PC shutdown, all from a portable app. You can select hours and minutes for the shutdown. You then confirm your request. Shutdown Scheduler will display a message that the requested action was successful. You can also cancel the request.

If you enter a 0 or no time is entered, you will get an error message popup that will prevent immediate accidental shutdowns from occurring. The hour and minute boxes only accept numeric entries.

You could perform the shutdown timer process manually, but Shutdown Scheduler makes it a bit more streamlined, and it will be helpful for those not comfortable running commands.

Shutdown Scheduler uses the following commands:

CMD Shutdown in 1-hour Command: shutdown -s -f -t 3600
CMD Cancel Scheduled Shutdown Command: shutdown -a
