You can also define custom rules for automatic shutdown, restart, logoff, hibernate, sleep/standby, and locking of your pc with this easy-to-setup utility.

Available commands are;

Shutdown: Shutdown PC securely. If an application prompts a confirmation message (i.e., save changes? are you sure?) windows may wait for the user to take action and hangs.
Shutdown (hybrid): Hybrid shutdown PC securely, Allows faster startup (on window 8 and above) If an application prompts a confirmation message (i.e., save changes? are you sure?) windows may wait for the user to take action and hangs.
Force Shutdown: Force PC to shut down. Unsaved data may be lost.
Force Shutdown (hybrid): Force PC to hybrid shutdown, Allows faster startup (on window 8 and above). Unsaved data may be lost.
Restart: Restart PC securely. If an application prompts a confirmation message (i.e., save changes? are you sure?) windows may wait for the user to take action and hangs.
Force Restart: Force PC to restart. Unsaved data may be lost.
Log off: Log off PC securely. If an application prompts a confirmation message (i.e., save changes? are you sure?) windows may wait for the user to take action and hangs.
Force Logoff: Force PC to log off. Unsaved data may be lost.
Hibernate: The Hibernate mode saves your open documents and working applications to your hard disk and shuts the computer down If a computer is in Hibernate mode, it uses no power at all. When the computer is powered back on, it will resume everything where you left off.
Sleep, Standby: Sleep mode stops all works on the computer and puts any open documents and applications in memory. You can quickly resume you pc within a few seconds. This mode continues to consume low battery power.
Lock PC: Locks the pc, the user must re-enter his/her password if account type is a password-protected account.
Alarm: When rules are matched, Alarm goes off (CPU usage, download speed, upload speed, disk read/write, etc.)
Count Down Alarm: When countdown completes, Alarm goes off
