Samsung's T7 family of external solid-state drives (SSD) has been expanded with the release of the T7 Shield. This new SSD takes much of what we loved about the standard T7 and T7 Touch — including encryption, compact size, and fast transfer speeds — and ramps up durability thanks to a rugged shell. If you're someone who often works in the field or someone who prefers to have that extra peace of mind when storing your data, this might be the drive for you.
