RunAsDate is a portable utility that permits running a program at a specific date and time.

RunAsDate will not change your system's date and time; it will inject a chosen date/time to a specific application. It allows simultaneous apps to be run with their own date/time. It works by intercepting kernel API calls that return the current date/time (GetSystemTime, GetLocalTime, GetSystemTimeAsFileTime, NtQuerySystemTime, GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime), it will then replace the current date/time with the date/time that you have specified. You can also allow it to immediately switch the date when a specified program starts and create desktop shortcuts.

RunAsDate is simple to use, and all fields are clearly marked allowing any level of user to use this utility to schedule a program(s) execution at the date/time of their choosing. However, RunAsDate can be used from the command line and the following parameters are supported:

RunAsDate.exe {/immediate} {/movetime} [dd\mm\yyyy] {hh:mm:ss} [Program to run] {Program parameters}
