Registry Usage (RU) is a command-line utility for reporting the registry space usage for specified keys.

Registry Usage (RU) compiles the data on the specified registry key into a report that can be saved in a CSV format for export and later use. Having access to this data can help run down issues and be especially useful for admins managing multiple machines to verify stored data size per user and application. Gleaning this information will simplify eliminating keys that are using too much of the machine's resources. Resource hogs can potentially hinder performance.

By default, Registry Usage recurses subkeys to show the total size of a key and its subkeys.
