RAMMon 3.3 (Build 1000)

RAMMon is designed to allow easy retrieval of information relating to your RAM.

RAMMon is simple-to-use and will permit you to quickly retrieve the SPD (Serial Presence Detect) data from your machine's RAM modules. If you are not familiar with SPD, it is the standard set by JEDEC (Solid State Technology Association) for a host system to retrieve memory module attributes. The SPD standard is meant to be used on any memory module, independent of memory technology or module form factor. With RAMMon, you will be able to identify numerous attributes, including the manufacturer, clock speed, capacity, serial number, model part number, the CAS latencies supported, and the module voltage for your DDR2, DDR3 memory devices, as well as some older memory types.

RAMMon utilizes SysInfo DLL SDK to collect the SPD attributes from RAM devices. You are granted a snapshot of all the available data for each RAM module with this information. Additionally, depending on your system's RAM type, other specific SPD data can be retrieved, including the module thickness, module width, maximum operating temperature, and more.
