id Software has released new retail patches for Quake 4 to bring the Win32 edition of Raven's sci-fi first-person shooter sequel to version 1.0.4, and the Linux client/server to version 1.0.5 and the first SDKs v1.0 for Quake 4. This release fixes a map copying problem, adds numerous Game Browser improvements, and applies a few other changes.
