ProcessMonitor gives you the ability to ensure they are running as required. It can track them easily and if they stop running it will auto-restart them.

You have the option to launch processes with a custom parameter set enabling you to target specific processes that may be periodically experiencing issues. Easily set the interval for verifying whether the process is running or terminated. And it can be left to silently run in the background methodically keeping your needed processes running without the need to continuously check manually.
