Prevent is designed to help stop people from deleting, renaming, or otherwise altering any of your data.

Prevent is a simple safeguard to stop anyone from altering data on your machine - no matter whether it is your work PC or a personal laptop, you are in control of what is changed.

Additionally, Prevent will obstruct the ability to right-click on a process name and click on end process. It also grays out the context menu items, disables Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, and Ctrl+V and/or stops the process.

Prevent renaming
Disable Task Manager’s End Process button.

Since Prevent disables the Task Manager buttons and makes some system changes, some antivirus programs may identify it as malware. Rest assured that the program is clean and its a false positive.
