Two common ways of improving a graphics card are to offer a factory overclock and a custom heatsink to improve temperatures. PNY is doing both here with their latest GTX 580 models, but they've gone an extra mile (or two) to do better. Apparently not content with air cooling, PNY now has liquid cooled cards. But these aren't regular cards with only a water block on them; they're fully self-contained liquid cooling systems that are plug-and-play, with no extra water gear required. We can hear the guffaws already from water cooling enthusiasts; cooling a CPU and GPU with a 120mm radiator is a joke. And we'd normally be one of the first to agree with you. But after getting these cards on the bench, we'll admit we were forced to eat our own objections.
