PinMe! allows you to set individual windows to TopMost (window always on top).

PinMe! will come in handy when using many programs simultaneously; for example, choose the order of apps to be maximized so that if you consistently use your text editor, it will always be on top with all others in descending order. An app such as this will help you to stay more organized in your daily routine by having your frequently used apps at the ready.

PinMe! is extremely easy to use and resides in the systray. When you click the icon, the names of all currently active programs are displayed. From there, you can click on any of them, and PinMe! will automatically prioritize that app as one that should always remain on top. Additionally, you can also take screenshots, with configurations for saving the view of the active application window or a user-defined selected area.

PinMe requires WinRar or similar to unpackage the archive.
