PicView is an Open Source image viewer designed to be fast.

PicView includes many features, including image effects, galleries, image info, and more. It can also adjust automatically to your screen for optimal viewing. The interface is clear-cut and easy to navigate.

PicView's UI can also be toggled to show the image only by pressing Alt + Z, and the hover buttons and the colored window border can be toggled on/off from the settings window. It can also handle images with a transparent background, changing them to either a checkerboard background, a dark background, or a white background by pressing T.

PicView includes 26 shader effects (image filters), including negative colors, old movie effects, pencil sketches, etc. These effects can be applied to the image you are currently viewing. This option permits you to sample the effect before committing. You can copy the effects to the clipboard via the standard Ctrl + C or save it directly to your machine. The effect will also be applied when setting images as wallpaper or lock screens.

PicView Features:

Set image as wallpaper or lock screen image. (Image effect will be applied as well)
Basic editing: rotate, flip, crop, change the file type
Drag & drop/paste from clip holder support for files, folders, URLs, and archives
Scroll function
Open a file in an external application, show it in a folder, or view file properties
