PicView is an Open Source image viewer designed to be compact and fast.

PicView includes many features including, image effects, galleries, image info, and more. It is also capable of automatically adjusting itself to your screen for optimal viewing. The interface is clear-cut and easy-to-navigate.

PicView's UI can also be toggled to show the image only by pressing Alt + Z, and the hover buttons, as well as the colored window border, can be toggled on/off from the settings window. It can also handle images with a transparent background allowing it to be changed to either a checkerboard background, a dark background, or a white background by pressing T.

PicView includes 26 different shader effects (image filters), including negative colors, old movie effect, pencil sketch, etc. These effects can be applied to the image you are currently viewing. This option permits you to sample the effect before committing. You can also copy the effect to the clipboard via the standard Ctrl + C or save it directly to your machine. Additionally, the effect will also be applied when setting images as a wallpaper or lock screen.

PicView Features:

Set image as wallpaper or lock screen image. (Image effect will be applied as well)
