Picture Viewer was developed to support most of the standard graphic formats and includes several extras and viewing options from which to choose. You can send any image opened in the viewer through an associated email account or set a favorite picture as your desktop wallpaper. Picture Viewer can also rotate, mirror, copy, and delete images. Need an image elsewhere? No problem. You can quickly move photos to another folder.

Picture Viewer supports the following formats: JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, WMF, EMF, and TIFF. Additionally, DIB, RLE (Bitmap), and JFIF (JPEG). And it can also display EXIF information from the file properties window.

Picture Viewer is provided as a 7z file, so you will need 7-Zip or similar to unpackage it.
