Jakub Zelenka has announced the release of PHP 8.3.9. PHP 8.3.9 includes bug fixes for incompatible pointer type warnings, memory leaks in xml and dom, and memory leaks in PHP-FPM, GD, Intl, MySQLnd, Opcache, PDO ODBC, PHPDBG, Soap, Sodium, Standard, and Streams.
