Set to arrive this June in the UK, Phillip's new DesignLine TV is sharp, sleek, and made out of a sheet of glass.
Philip's new DesignLine TV puts an emphasis on modern design. Made out of a simple sheet of glass, with no stand, neck, or base, their latest 46" and 55" HDTVs are striking as the gently lean against the wall.
Manufactured by TP Vision with Philips' chief designer Rod White at the helm, the designer says the trend right now is for consumers to gravitate towards electronics with "more interior focus." Meaning we want stuff in our house that looks cool; not bulky or outdated.
There is a lot of speculation over the picture quality due to its radical new design and Phillips' track record for being a sub par producer when compared to Sony and Panasonic. There is no price set but you can expect the TVs to go for more than your conventional ones for sure. Check out the video for a more in depth look at these stunning TVs.
