Perpetual Notes is an all-in-one portable note-taking tool that allows you to take, organize, find information, and much more.

Perpetual Notes is intended to help you take notes faster and find stored information easily. It lets you save notes in RTF with rich text formatting and images, meeting notes, web pages, projects, travel plans, research drafts, etc. Your files are saved as RTF (Rich Text Format) files in a user-defined folder. The folder can then be synced with Dropbox, Onedrive, Gdrive, etc. (if permitted), allowing notes to sync across multiple PCs.

Perpetual Notes can be formatted using bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and bulleted lists. You can change fonts and colors and paste images. You also have the option to auto-save with customizable intervals. Perpetual Notes will be helpful for any user who takes/organizes notes. Still, it has some features that will be more comfortable for the more seasoned user, like the Advanced Search option, which brings up the Command Prompt. That said, it is still an excellent potable choice for note management.
