Peg Solitaire is the PC version of the wooden board game that is won by removing all but one peg from the board.
The virtual wooden board is made up of a pattern of holes, each of which can contain a peg. You move by jumping a peg over an adjacent peg, like in checkers. The difference is that the moves must be horizontal or vertical. The peg that was jumped over is removed. You must remove all the pegs except the last, which should be left in the center of the board.
You can turn on the winning moves option when you are starting for the first time to see suggested gameplay displayed via color-coded pegs. Turn the option off once you are familiar and enjoy a solo game.
