PDF Arranger is an Open Source app to manage and modify PDF files.

PDF Arranger features a clean, pleasant interface using gray and white colors. You can open a PDF file from the menu or drag-and-drop the PDF directly to the application.

You can use the menu or icons to access all available features including:

Zoom in or out
Rotate left
Rotate right
Crop
Duplicate
Split pages
Edit properties

While PDF Arranger appears to be a simple app, many of the features are hard to find in other PDF applications. Remember that PDF Arranger is not an editor, but instead focuses on making modifications.

Source code and Linux builds are available on the author's website.
