Hi all,
Has anyone else noticed that Nvidia's site has been down since last nite and they're still down? Could this mean new drivers?
I did see a forum post at madonion that someone claimed to have the New Nvidia NV25 sample and he was using Nvidia 26.50 beta Detonator drivers! So stay tuned.
Rancho*: HoHoHo, slowly... Okay Nvidia's site is live. No new drivers. No leaks yet. No confirmed info on the GeForce4. So stay calm folks. If there is something happening you will read it here first :). More Nvidia news:
GeForce4 Spec's confirmed by 3Dchipset
Name: GeForce4 Ti600
Core Clock: 300 MHz
Memory: 3.3ns Hynix 128MB DDR
Pipelines: More
NV25 party will be taking place in San Francisco, on the 5th of February 2002.
Update: More info and links! :D
The ORB details it as a generic 128MB VGA card
NVIDIA reference driver 6.13.10.2650
Quake3: 1600x1200x32bpp + 4X AA - 110 FPS
3DMark2001: 9283
I've been testing the nv25 for about 3 weeks now and i can only say this---this card rocks. I ran the Q3 demo @ 1600x1200x32bpp with 4xFSAA and EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING maxed out to the highest level and still got, get this 110FPS. Wow this card blows away anything on the market. 3DM2001 on the crush11 chipset(AMD XP1500+128MB) with the GF4 score was 9283 without ne overclocking. Would be very ez to get 11000 with the XP2000 and some serious OC'ing.

And a big thx to nvnews
