According to Videocardz.com, Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 Ti is expected to feature 6GB of GDDR5 memory and will be based on a GM200-310 GPU. Despite the different GPU SKU number, the Geforce GTX 980 Ti should have the same specifications as the recently launched Geforce GTX Titan X graphics card, but with 6GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with the same 384-bit memory interface. This means that the GTX 980 Ti will most likely pack 3072 CUDA cores, 192 TMUs and 96 ROPs.
