X-Bios have updated their NVIDIA BIOS Editor to v0.93A. This program will support all BIOSes from TNT2 and up to Ti 500. Except TNT and TNT2 with old version of Control Block (less than version 3). Does not require any .dll, and will work under any version of Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP.
