Asus has newer IDE-drivers than you posted in an article today :
Release 2.01.03 WHQL and 2.02.02 package containing 2.02.01 drivers: ftp://ftp.asus.com/pub/asus/mb/sock478/p4s533/IDE20103.zip

Both drivers are in a full package containing the new IDE driver for Win2K and XP plus a small utility for Win9x enabling DMA and reporting correct HDD model name and DMA/UDMA speed used
They are working with all newer chipsets using a 96x Southbridge either integrated into Nortbridge or as single chip .
Should be operational with SIS630 and higher.
