NetSpeedApp is directed at displaying bitrates on Windows 11, but we did test it on a Windows 10 machine, and it did provide speed values. There are no settings other than the ability to select a specific piece of hardware for monitoring upload/download speeds.

If you like to have live speed info available at a glance so you can measure your network performance, then this little app will do the job for you quite nicely.
