Neobond informs me that Neowin.net should be back on-line very soon after Neowin was temporarily rendered unavailable regarding some questionable content/materials, the server admins received a standard C&D email from Microsoft and shut down their service.

The C&D we received came from the same person who has mailed us in the past. Why he chose to email our host this time is as yet unclear and is under investigation by Microsoft UK who have told us they will look into why this was handled in the way it was. It appears and looks like an attempt to force us offline by scaring our host.

and WinBeta did some investigation and found the true problem lies here. Hehe.
