MZDate is a freeware reminder app designed to allow for the simple personal alarm set up.

Nothing too complex here. You are given a simple interface that includes only the essential options. These options included Annual, Monthly, and Single alert set up. There is also a configuration option that allows you to select advance notification for annual and monthly alerts. It is only available as a visual alert system as there is no option for setting up sounds.
